  5. 120g pkt Coles Australian 4 Leaf Salad

The instruction how to make Easy antipasto tarts recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 220u00b0C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place 1 pastry sheet on each lined tray. Starting from 1 edge, use a sharp knife to make 6cm-long cuts at 1cm intervals in each sheet. Repeat on the opposite edge.
  2. Spoon ricotta along the centre of each pastry sheet. Top with the antipasto. Fold the strips, alternating, over filling to enclose.
  3. Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown and puffed. Cut each tart in half. Place on serving plates. Drizzle with salsa verde. Serve with the salad leaves.
