The ingredient of Green bean and mackerel salad

  1. 170g green beans, trimmed, thinly sliced
  2. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  3. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  5. 2 x 115g cans King Oscar Skinless Mackerel Fillets in Spicy Tomato Sauce
  6. 1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
  7. Dill sprigs, to serve
  8. Lemon cheeks, to serve

The instruction how to make Green bean and mackerel salad

  1. Cook beans in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Toss the olive oil mixture through the beans and add mackerel fillets. Toss through parsley. Season. Serve with dill and lemon cheeks.
